Gilroy Inn

The hotel was fairly clean, I loved it. The rooms were great value and large and with comfortable bed.

The staff was very rude.

It's in the center of gilroy premium outlet. and In-N-Out in next to it. If shopping is the only thing you like to do. Gilroy Inn is good in its cheap price.

No elevator.

The owners were rude and did not honor the Booked.net deal. They did not speak english well and I felt like they may have been taking advantage of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they smelled a bit of smoke.

In the middle of Gilroy Outlet. Great for shopping. For budget traveller.

Small and simple. Do not axpect too much and you will enjoy :-)

Perfect for solo travelers who are picky

Got to say the check-in was faster than I expected, no paperwork mess. Plus the place had a coffee maker, ice, and even a microwave in the room. It was really convenient.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what I got, it was tolerable.

Cleaning solvent smell almost unbearable. Had to air out the room before we could enter it for any period of time.

The registration process was quick and efficient and the staff friendly. They did their best to accommodate my requests.

Everything! First and foremost the customer service, the receptionist was rude and upset based on the time that I showed up for check-in. He literally stated that I had "woke him up!." To top things off he was barefoot while attending me. After I stated that I had drove 18hrs from texas is when he thought about giving me an exception to check in early. When we walked in to the room it smelled of urine, the bathroom floor tile was not clean. The sink was covered in a black grime, the remote control did not work. The total time spent in the room was near 10mins. We then had to leave early back to texas based on a family emergency. He then chased us to the car asking for the credit card to at least charge one night of service. When in fact we only entered the room for a total of 10mins. I will never recommend any one to stay at this hotel nor will I stay there myself ever in the future. The hotel needs remodeling and better service. I can go on more than 300 words it was a very bad experience to say the least.

This hotel was old and dilapidated. It was extremely cheaply done. The room was old and not kept up.

The place was spotless, staff (with one notable late-night exception) pleasant, value excellent.
